For creators with disabilities and the teams they lead

If you want to build accessible apps

  1. Register as a creator

Tell us your email and whether you have a disability or lead a team that includes people who do. That unlocks the App Builder Agent straight away.

    Apply as a creator
  2. Describe the app in plain language

No code. The planning agent drafts the workflow and the builder agent writes a working, accessible prototype.

    Open the AI Studio
  3. Use it here, on the page

Your app runs in the browser immediately - try it with your keyboard and your screen reader, because that is exactly how it will be reviewed.

  4. A tester validates it, then it is yours

A paid tester with lived experience checks it with real assistive technology. Pass, and the download link is emailed to you. AI never publishes.

One platform. Two proven engines.

Ability Bazaar is a new platform with more than two decades of Vision-Aid experience behind it. Vision-Aid's deep knowledge of visual disability, trusted community relationships and vast network across the United States and India give the platform a proven foundation from which to scale quickly.

PwD-led teams design, build and deliver custom web, mobile and AI applications for any business need - accessible by default, because accessibility expertise is on the team, not bolted on. The catalogue already includes the voice-first SEP AI Tutor, with Arohi and Nidra close behind.

How these figures are counted

  • The public marketplace launch date comes from the first successful Cloud Run revision with public access enabled.
  • Confirmed figures include only paid orders accepted for fulfillment; unfinished checkout attempts are excluded.
  • Transaction and payer counts can differ when one customer places more than one paid order.
  • Pipeline counts open check-payment orders and active planned quotes without publishing their dollar value.
  • Page visits are privacy-preserving aggregate human page views, not unique people.

Why this wins

App stores exist. AI builders exist. None of them are disability-led - and that changes everything.

  • Disability-led creation

Real needs come from lived experience; PwD creators and testers shape what gets built and share in the economic value.

  • One predictable accessible shell

No one should learn a new interface for every app. Voice-first, screen-reader-friendly interaction is built into the platform.

  • Problem-led catalogue growth

Users submit unmet needs; AI groups recurring requests; creator teams respond with reusable solutions.

  • AI-assisted creation

The App Builder Agent converts a plain-language problem into a draft workflow, prompts, outputs, guardrails and listing.

  • Trust and curation

PwD testers validate usefulness, accessibility and safety before publication. The open marketplace follows only after standards are proven.

  • A real creator economy

Creators earn from commissions, sponsored challenges, enterprise builds and professional portfolios.

A mission-driven social enterprise, from day one.

Ability Bazaar is a Vision-Aid program with real customers and AI-native operations. Its mission-related earned revenue helps sustain the platform, train talent with disabilities and create paid work for testers and creators while delivering useful, accessible tools to the community.
